Technovel Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka City, hereinafter referred to as “Technovel”) will open “Naniwa Lab,” a new extrusion machine manufacturing facility, in Higashinakahama, Joto-ku, Osaka City, on April 1, 2025.


Since relocating its headquarters and factory to Joto-ku, Osaka City, in 2004, Technovel has served as a key hub for extrusion machine manufacturing.


“Naniwa Lab” is positioned as a vital base that will also function as a showroom for Technovel products. It is designed to support equipment design that aligns with customers’ technological advancements. As part of its concept, “Naniwa Lab” will not only showcase Technovel’s products but also feature testing capabilities for partner companies’ equipment.


The facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion machinery to develop equipment that meets customer needs. In addition to Technovel’s globally recognized small twin-screw extruder, the KZW15 series, visitors will also have the opportunity to view our proprietary small octa screw extruder, the WDR20OT, as well as the medium-sized quad screw extruder, the WDR40QD.


Technovel will continue to drive transformation and evolution from its base in Osaka, delivering valuable products and services to our customers.
